The study involved participants who used the sauna 4-7 times a week, for 20 minutes each session, at a temperature of 175 degrees Fahrenheit. The results showed that these individuals had a 65% lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia compared to those who used the sauna only once a week.
