We are in the Hot Tub daily & a lot of times 2-3 times. We wanted to make sure we had a quality product backed by superb service & that is exactly what we found with Jud at Everything Billiards & Spa The entire experience was superb! They are professional, respond fast & when a periodic repair is necessary they are all over it! I highly recommend them!

What an incredible experience I recently purchased an infrared sauna from Everything Billiards & Spas! I initially filled out an interest form online, received a friendly call from Tammy within 24 hours, and from that moment on, I was impressed by every bit of the customer service experience! When I visited the showroom, Tammy and Judson were welcoming and knowledgeable, and they even shared their own personal sauna testimonies. This pretty much sealed the deal for me! The delivery and installation were extremely fast and efficient so I could start enjoying my new sauna right away. Many thanks to the entire team for a very positive, comfortable process in making one of my biggest self-care/wellness dreams come true!

Superb client experience from the day we walked into the showroom to the day it was delivered and installed. The sales person was not pushy but did a great job of discovering what we valued. Knew everything about each hot tub. Made good recommendations based on what he heard us express even if it was a less expensive proposal. Felt like he genuinely cared and took pride in his support. Once we made the purchase; we received transparent and timely updates regarding the ETA of delivery and making sure we were all set for installation. Offer several flexible options for delivery date & time. Finally, the team that delivered was courteous and quick but very thorough. Spent time reviewing the tub functions and proper upkeep/maintenance procedures. Top-of-the-line buying experience.

Amazing experience with our hot tub purchase. I felt supported and informed every step of the way. The salesperson was great to work with – not pushy – and gave me lots of information about the model we were considering. Install went well and the guys were careful to place everything exactly as I wanted. After a day it seemed one of the jets was not working correctly and Rob (the owner) responded to my call immediately and sent someone over to check things out. We were given lots of attention and felt we were in good hands. I would not hesitate to work with Everything Billiards & Spas again.

We purchased a hot tub from them and the customer service and support from start to finish was excellent. They have a great selection and the entire team from sales to delivery and set up is amazing and super knowledgeable. They were also willing able to work with us during multiple delays with our backyard project to ensure that our delivery and setup were scheduled when we were ready. The delivery and setup were timely and the staff fully supported us in getting the spa up and running. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub!
