We will be focusing on one topic for each class, and sharing all of our tips and advice to host the perfect gathering every time! Just in time for Independence Day, Everything Billiards Charlotte is offering its first cooking class, and we’ll be going over all of your favorite dishes – Award-Winning Ribs & Beer-Butt Chicken for your main attraction, Grill-Roasted Tomatoes, Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus, & Barbecued Baked Beans for fantastic sides, and Pound Cake with Strawberries & Berry Coulis for an easy & delicious dessert! This class is perfect for those who have just gotten their grill, as well as all of you experienced grillmasters – refresh your typical cookout menu with some new ideas and wow everyone at your Fourth of July party. $30/person or $60/person with a Big Green Egg Cookbook, a $90 value!
